Default Methods: As a default, I ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail for shipping. If you would like me to use another option, please contact before ordering.
Expedited Shipping: If you need something shipped overnight or would like to rush your order, please contact me and inquire before placing an order to be sure I can accommodate your needs.

Rush Orders
Please contact me if you need a rush order. Depending on the specific product or the quantity needed, a rush charge will likely be necessary and you be quoted accordingly. Please allow plenty of time for large wedding paper orders; it is recommended that you line up your calligrapher at the same time you order your invitation suite.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a product you've ordered, please contact me so we can work through what went wrong. If something arrived damaged due to shipping, or just wasn't quite what you wanted, I may be able to process a return or make a replacement for you. Be sure to reach out and we can chat! If you want to see a proof, please let me know before ordering so I can accommodate your request. Proofs will automatically be provided for digitized calligraphy, for example for RSVP envelopes or custom invitation elements.
Scheduling & Deposits
Please book your wedding calligraphy well in advance. If your order qualifies for a deposit to hold your date, you may send a check or use the deposit product page to make your payment. Turn-around time to shipping for most signs and small projects is about 3-5 business days. Some large or custom sized signs along with custom invitation design may have a longer lead time, in which I would discuss with you before you place your final order.
